The SIYBS T-Ball and Coach Pitch program is the perfect place for young kids to get started in baseball. Designed for children who are new to the sport, this league offers a fun and supportive environment where they can learn the fundamentals of the game while making new friends and developing a love for the sport.

We offer T-ball for children ages 4-6, as well as Coach Pitch baseball for kids ages 4-8. Whether they’re learning to hit, catch, or throw, the focus is always on having fun, building confidence, and fostering teamwork.

This program not only teaches baseball skills, but also helps kids build important life skills like cooperation, active listening, and communication. It’s an excellent opportunity for children to understand the value of working together as part of a team.

SIYBS provides all necessary equipment, including uniforms, helmets, and catcher’s gear, so your child will have everything they need to get started. Parents will sign up their child individually, and players will be placed on teams based on teammate or coach requests, or by teams in their local area.

General Coaches Information

SEASON DATES: June 29th – August 20th
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

Register on or before June 4th for priority placement. Coach request and player requests may not be available after the deadline. **Registration after June 4th will be a waitlist registration

DIVISIONS & FEES:

**a non-refundable 3% banking fee and a $1 service fee will be added at the time of check out**

GAME & PRACTICE INFORMATION:

6u (T-Ball and Coach Pitch)

8u (Coach Pitch)

Players are assigned to teams based on the high school area chosen in the registration. If there is no team directly in the player’s area, then we will assign to a team that is nearby. Each team will be assigned a home field in their area where they will play at least half of their games. We will make every attempt to schedule other games as close to home as possible. Depending on the number of teams in each area, we may not be able to avoid scheduling games in another part of town.
